1. Load the document into Word
2. Save the document as an .htm/.html file
3. Use Windows to find the file
4. Right click on it and choose Open With Notepad
5. In Notepad select all the text and copy it (ctrl-a ctrl-c)
6. Click on this HTMLToBBCode.php to load the converter
7. Click in the upper text area of the converter and paste the text there (ctrl-v)
8. Click the Convert button on the converter. The lower text area should fill with the converted text
9. Click in the lower text area and select all the text and copy it (ctrl-a ctrl-c)
10. Go to the forum where you want to post your article and start a new topic
11. Click in the entry text area for the topic and paste the text there (ctrl-v)
12. Look through the whole article to find any unconverted HTML tags (<tag> or </tag>) and delete them
13. Do any other cleanup that is needed. Word makes a very messy HTML file
14. Click the Preview button to see how it will look as a posted article
